What gets reviewed before tooling?

The component drawings establish the brush head support and the motor and battery positions. Draft analysis then checks how the handle, fixing bracket and charging base release from their molds.

The exterior study sets the handle profile and finish. The section view shows the space available for the motor and battery inside that grip. A second section locates the charging coil in the base, and the draft analysis checks how the base cover releases from the mold.
